4) Board and Credit Committee Reporting:

                   · Current Board Report Package Review and evaluation

                    · Will Provide a Lending Agenda and a Loan Reporting Package Template

                         made up of the 12 Reports needed to deliver the appropriate information

                         to your Board and Credit Committee.
