Board Reporting and Presentation

With this consultation we will look at your Credit Committee and Board Reporting. The  goal of this review is create a template for your monthly reports presentation.

We will review your current reporting for content and accuracy. If appropriate we will recommend additional reports to ensure your Credit Committee and Board are receiving the all the information needed to ensure the institutions long term success. 

The Reports template will be formatted to provide an efficient method to collect and deliver the report data and to reduce manual calculations as a much as possible.
